The Hubs section is your team’s shared workspace for communication and documentation. Create folders, notes, and threads that Revampd’s AI can reference to provide answers in context with your customer data.

Folders & Organization

  • Create folders (e.g., Sales, Operations) to group notes and discussions.

  • Each folder can hold multiple notes, sorted by type and date.

Thread

The Thread tab is a shared message feed for everyone in the hub.

  • Post updates, share files, and collaborate in real time.

  • All messages show timestamps and authors.

Creating Notes

Click Create Note to add documentation.

  • Title – Name of the note.

  • Note Type – Choose from: Internal Process, Account Strategy, Lead Update, or General.

Notes are searchable by title and type.

Users

The Users tab lists everyone with access to the hub.

  • View each member’s name, email, role, and date joined.

  • Use Add User to invite new collaborators.

Use Cases

  • Centralize team communication and processes.

  • Give AI agents accurate internal context.

  • Keep collaboration and documentation in one place.
