Notifications

Overview

Notifications in Revampd keep your organization informed about every important activity across billing, support, accounts, and collaboration. They act as the central alert system for updates that affect your organization, your partners, sub-organizations, or Revampd directly.

Each notification includes a title, description, timestamp, and a category or type that determines where it appears and what it relates to.

How Notifications Work

Notifications are automatically generated by system events across the platform. These include:

  • Billing Events – invoices issued, payments completed, credits applied, or plan changes.

  • Payout Events – partner or affiliate payouts processed and credited to a wallet.

  • Ticket Events – tickets created, escalated, de-escalated, resolved, or reassigned.

  • Hub Events – member invitations, removals, or role changes within a shared workspace.

  • Account and Lead Events – new accounts created or new leads generated through campaigns.

  • Message Events – new messages or replies in tickets, hubs, or direct threads.

Each notification is tied to a specific organization connection or account, ensuring context and visibility are always correct for your role.

Reading and Managing Notifications

When you open a notification:

  • It automatically marks as read.

  • You can click Open to view the related item in the dashboard (e.g., a ticket, invoice, or payout).

  • You can also manually mark notifications as read from the list view.

Unread notifications are visually highlighted and remain pinned to the top until opened or marked as read.

Categories and Types

Notifications are grouped by category and type for easier filtering and review.

Notification Details

When viewing a single notification, the detail panel shows:

  • Title and Date – what happened and when.

  • Category and Type – context for the event.

  • Linked Record – the related invoice, ticket, payout, or hub.

  • Badges and Statuses – visual tags for state (e.g., Approved, Escalated, Completed).

  • Additional Information – fields like involved organizations, transaction amounts, or assigned users.

The goal is to provide enough detail for you to take action without needing to search elsewhere in the dashboard.

Common Notification Sources

  1. Revampd System – platform-level events such as subscription or add-on changes.

  2. Partner Organizations – billing, payouts, and approvals from your partner connections.

  3. Hubs and Tickets – collaboration events across shared workspaces.

  4. Affiliate and Payout Systems – credit distributions and wallet updates.

Managing Volume and Filters

You can filter notifications by category, organization, or status. Older notifications are automatically archived but remain searchable for auditing or reference.

Each organization only sees notifications relevant to its connections and permissions, ensuring data isolation across the platform.

Summary

Notifications centralize all key system activity into a single feed. They provide transparency across billing, payouts, leads, hubs, and tickets — ensuring every organization stays informed and able to act on important updates in real time.
