Revampd Affiliates

The Revampd Affiliates system gives partners two ways to grow their business and earn through referrals. Only partners can create affiliate programs.

Where to Find Payouts

Both partners and sub organizations can view their referral earnings under: Settings → Billing → Affiliate Payouts

From here, you can:

  • Payout to your bank if you have Stripe Connect active

  • Or credit earnings to your account — these credits will automatically be applied to your next bill

FIFO Credit Method

Credits apply using the FIFO method (First In, First Out). This means the oldest credits are always used first when paying down invoices. It ensures credits are applied in the order they were earned and nothing is skipped or lost.

Types of Affiliates

Partner Affiliates (Global Program)

  • Managed directly by Revampd

  • Rewards partners who refer new partners into Revampd

  • Revampd defines the percentage and duration of payouts

  • Partners cannot control these settings

Sub Organization Affiliates (Partner-Controlled Program)

  • Managed by the partner for their sub organizations

  • Lets sub orgs earn a commission for referring other sub orgs

  • Partners set the percentage (0–50%) and duration (3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or lifetime)

  • Affiliate rewards are paid out of the partner’s payout, after Revampd’s transaction fee is deducted

Key Distinction

  • Partner Affiliates → Revampd’s program for partner-to-partner referrals. Rules and payouts are defined by Revampd.

  • Sub Organization Affiliates → the partner’s own program for sub org-to-sub org referrals. Rules and payouts are defined by the partner.
