Sub Organization Affiliates

The Sub Organization Affiliates program is managed by partners. It allows partners to reward their sub organizations for referring other sub organizations.

How It Works

• Affiliates can only be assigned when a new organization is created.

• During the creation process, the partner will ask the new sub organization if they were referred by an existing sub organization.

• If so, the partner links the referring organization in the Admin → Organizations form.

• Once linked, the referring sub organization will automatically earn affiliate rewards.

Affiliate Rewards

• Sub organization affiliates only earn on the base subscription of the referred organization.

• The partner defines the percentage (0–50%) and the duration (3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or lifetime).

• Affiliate rewards are paid out of the partner’s payout — and the payout is calculated after Revampd’s transaction fee is deducted.

Example

Affiliate Referral

• A new sub org signs up with a $500 base subscription.

• Revampd transaction fee: 15% → $500 – $75 = $425 partner net.

• The partner has set affiliates to earn 10% for 6 months.

• Referring sub org earns: $425 × 10% = $42.50/month (for 6 months).

• Partner payout is reduced by $42.50/month for the duration of the affiliate reward.
