Accounts

The Accounts page is where you track organizations or businesses connected to your leads and customers. Accounts let you group multiple contacts under one entity and store company-level details.

Accounts List

  • View existing accounts with name, industry, and created date.

  • Use Create Account to add a new organization.

  • Manage accounts via the Actions menu.


Creating an Account

Click Create Account to add a new record. Fields include:

  • Account Name

  • Industry (select from list)

  • Website

  • Description


Best Use Cases

  • Grouping multiple leads under one business.

  • Tracking B2B opportunities at the organization level.

  • Storing key company info alongside related contacts and deals.
