Deals

The Deals page is where you track sales opportunities as they move through your pipeline. Each stage shows the total amount, cost, and profit for deals currently in that phase.

Deals are only viewable by sub-orgs & and Revampd business users.

Deals Board

  • View deals in a pipeline layout with stages such as:

    • New Lead

    • Contacted

    • Qualified

    • Proposal Sent

    • Closed Won

    • Closed Lost

  • Use the + button to create a deal directly in a stage.

  • Search bar allows you to filter across all deals.


Best Use Cases

  • Track the progress of opportunities from first contact to close.

  • Forecast revenue with stage totals (amount, cost, profit).

  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process (e.g., lots of deals stalled at Proposal Sent).
