Definitions

The Definitions page lets you create custom data attributes for customers. These fields can be filled manually or inferred automatically by AI voice agents during calls and post-processing.

Creating Attribute Definitions

Click Add Attribute Definition to define a new data point:

  • Label – Name of the attribute.

  • Data Type – Text, Number, Boolean, or Date.

  • Inference – Control whether AI agents can extract or merge this field.

  • Description & Default Value – Explain usage and set a default.

  • Rules & Flags – Mark as required, unique per lead, or active.

  • Advanced – Add validation JSON, options, or external mappings.

  • Capture industry-specific fields like policy numbers, account IDs, or preferences.

  • Let AI auto-populate details from conversations.

  • Standardize data collection across your organization.
