Definitions
The Definitions page lets you create custom data attributes for customers. These fields can be filled manually or inferred automatically by AI voice agents during calls and post-processing.
Creating Attribute Definitions
Click Add Attribute Definition to define a new data point:
Label – Name of the attribute.
Data Type – Text, Number, Boolean, or Date.
Inference – Control whether AI agents can extract or merge this field.
Description & Default Value – Explain usage and set a default.
Rules & Flags – Mark as required, unique per lead, or active.
Advanced – Add validation JSON, options, or external mappings.

Capture industry-specific fields like policy numbers, account IDs, or preferences.
