The Industries page lets you define the industries your business serves. These categories help standardize customer data and make it easier to segment leads and accounts.
Creating an Industry
Click Create Industry and enter:
Name – The industry name (e.g., Roofing, Healthcare, Finance).
Description – Optional context or notes about the industry.
Best Use Cases
Categorize customers by vertical for reporting.
Tailor campaigns and offers to specific industries.
Keep data consistent across teams and accounts.
