Payment Methods

The Payment Methods tab allows partners to manage the credit and debit cards used to pay for their subscription, platform add-ons, and other charges.

What You Can Do Here

  • View Current Cards See all payment methods associated with your partner account, including card brand (e.g., Visa), last 4 digits, expiration date, and status.

  • Add a New Card Use the Add Payment Method button to add another card to your account. This ensures you always have a backup on file in case of failures.

  • Set Default Card Mark one card as the default so that all subscription and add-on charges are processed through it automatically.

  • Update or Remove Cards Cards can be updated (for expiration dates, replacements, etc.) or removed if no longer needed.

Why It Matters

  • A valid default payment method is required to keep your subscription active.

  • If a partner’s primary payment method fails, the account will be placed in Payment Lock status until payment is resolved.

  • Payment Locks affect not only the partner account, but also all sub-organization accounts under it, halting campaigns, add-ons, and billing functionality until the balance is cleared.

Best Practices

  1. Always keep at least one active backup card on file.

  2. Update payment details ahead of time when cards are expiring.

  3. If you encounter issues, add a new card and retry the payment from the Invoices tab.
