Account and Organization
The Account & Organization settings page is where you manage your partner account details and organization-level information. This section ensures that all of your business information is up to date and that you have access to tools like referral links and (coming soon) sales tracking.
Organization Details
On the Organization tab, you can view and manage key details about your account:
Organization ID → your unique Revampd identifier.
Name → the name of your organization as it appears across the platform.
Slug → a unique, URL-friendly identifier for your organization.
Escalation Transfer Number → a phone number used if live transfers need to be escalated directly to your team.
Created At → the date and time your organization was created in Revampd.
You can edit your Name, Slug, and Escalation Number as needed and click Save Changes to update.
Sales Link (Coming Soon)
The Sales Link tab will allow you to generate unique tracking links for sales attribution. These links can be used to:
Track commissions on client sign-ups.
Attribute revenue to specific sales representatives or marketing efforts.
Provide transparency into where new clients are coming from.
This feature is currently in development and will be released in a future update.
Referral Program
The Referral Program tab is where partners can find their referral link and manage their affiliate settings.
Share your Referral Link to bring in new partners.
Configure affiliate percentages and commission duration for sub-organization referrals.

User Info & Stripe Connect
User Info → manage your profile and login details.
Stripe Connect → required to receive payouts directly to your bank account. Without this, any affiliate or partner earnings can only be credited to your Revampd balance.
Tip: Keep your Organization Slug consistent and recognizable—it’s used in URLs and reporting.
