Direct message (DM) notifications keep you informed whenever someone communicates with you directly in Revampd. These notifications appear instantly under the Messages category and include a preview of the latest message along with a direct link to the conversation.
What Triggers a DM Notification
You’ll receive a notification anytime there’s new activity in a direct message you’re part of, including:
New messages — whenever someone sends a new message in your DM
Replies — when someone responds directly to one of your messages
Reactions — when a participant reacts to one of your messages with an emoji or acknowledgment
These notifications are sent to all participants in the DM conversation, ensuring everyone is kept up to date without needing to manually check for new activity.

Each DM notification includes:

The timestamp of when the message was sent
A link that opens the DM directly in your workspace
Notifications appear in real time and are automatically marked as read when opened.
