Whenever something changes in a hub you’re part of — like a new member joining, a role being updated, or someone being removed — Revampd automatically creates a notification for the affected users. In addition, any message activity inside the hub — including new messages, replies, and reactions — triggers a notification for all members of that hub. Hub notifications are categorized under Collaboration and appear instantly to relevant users.

Types of Hub Notifications

1. Member Added

Sent when you or someone in your organization is added to a hub. Includes:

• Hub name

• Person or organization who added the member

• Date and time of addition Confirms access and links directly to the hub.

2. Member Removed

Sent when you or your organization are removed from a hub. Includes:

• Which hub you were removed from

• Who performed the removal

• Effective date Prevents confusion around changes to access.

3. Role Updated

Generated when your role or permissions inside a hub change. Includes:

• Hub name

• New role

• Who made the change
