Billing Management
Billing notifications keep both Partners and Sub-Organizations informed whenever subscription-related actions are taken in the platform — such as new plan requests, approvals, rejections, or add-on an
Overview
Whenever a billing event occurs between a Partner and Sub-Organization, Revampd automatically generates a notification to the relevant party. This keeps both sides aligned on subscription status, pricing changes, and approval activity.
Notifications appear under the Billing Management category and link directly to the relevant connection or invoice for full context.
Sub-Organization Notifications
Sub-Organizations receive notifications when a billing request is made by their Partner. This includes:
Plan Requests – When your Partner proposes a new plan or subscription for approval.
Add-On Requests – When a Partner offers optional add-ons, such as additional capacity or bundled features.
One-Time Charges – When a Partner requests approval for a single, non-recurring charge (e.g., a setup fee).
Each notification includes key details such as:
Requested plan or add-on name
Monthly or one-time price
Effective date
Requesting Partner organization
Option to review and approve or reject directly in the dashboard
Once the Sub-Organization takes action, both sides receive updated notifications reflecting the decision.
Partner Notifications
Partners receive notifications when Sub-Organizations respond to a billing request. These may include:
Plan Approved – The Sub-Organization approved the proposed subscription.
Plan Rejected – The Sub-Organization declined the proposal.
Add-On Approved or Rejected – Updates when optional add-ons are accepted or denied.
One-Time Charge Approved or Rejected – Confirmation of billing actions for individual charges.
Each Partner notification provides:
The affected Sub-Organization
The plan, add-on, or charge name
The approval status
Any associated notes or timestamps
This ensures Partners always know which billing items are active and which were declined.
Notification Lifecycle
The typical lifecycle of a billing management notification looks like this:
Partner initiates a request → Sub-Org receives a Request Notification.
Sub-Org takes action (approve or reject) → Partner receives a Decision Notification.
System updates both sides with confirmed statuses on invoices and subscriptions.
All notifications remain visible under the Billing Management category for record-keeping and audit purposes.
