Campaigns

Campaigns is where you build, configure, and manage outbound or mixed-mode calling programs. Campaigns combine AI agents, workflows, human reps, and reporting to generate bookings and deals.

Campaign Settings

Manage the campaign’s name, booking rules, and calendar preferences.

  • Campaign Name – The display name for the campaign.

  • Calendar Policy – Choose how booking times are calculated (e.g., Business Days).

  • Timezone – Define the timezone for scheduling and AI calls.

  • Booking Preferences – Set meeting duration, event buffers, and enable “Charge on Submit” for payment-based bookings.

Dialer & AI Settings

Configure your AI-powered dialer and behavior logic.

  • Assign Outbound, Inbound, and Voicemail Agents.

  • Select an Inbound Number for routing and tracking.

  • Add a Voicemail Script for missed calls.

  • Enable Allow Booking and Allow Transfers to determine agent behavior during calls.

Available Reps

Manage which team members or users are connected to this campaign.

  • Add or remove reps available to take booked calls or appointments.

  • Use this list to control availability and lead assignment visibility.

Business Hours

Define when AI calls and bookings can occur.

  • Set daily start and end times for each day of the week.

  • Keep agent scheduling consistent across time zones.

Campaign Sequence

Control how and when calls occur within your campaign.

  • Create multi-stage call flows with up to 3 calls per stage.

  • Define wait times, start and end windows, and repeat intervals.

  • Inherit the campaign’s calendar policy for precise timing.

Workflows

Automate campaign responses and next actions.

  • Set triggers for outcomes like Missed Call, Booked, Not Interested, or Do Not Call.

  • Attach prebuilt or custom workflows to each event type.

  • Use these to automate SMS follow-ups, CRM updates, or lead status changes.

Webhooks

Integrate your campaign activity with external systems.

  • Create or manage webhooks that send data to third-party tools.

  • Each webhook can be configured by event type (e.g., Booking Created, Call Completed).

Use Cases

  • Automated Appointment Campaigns – Connect your form to instantly trigger calls and bookings.

  • Lead Qualification – Let AI agents call, qualify, and transfer leads to live reps.

  • Post-Booking Workflows – Trigger SMS reminders or CRM updates when appointments are booked.

  • Reactivation Campaigns – Run multi-stage call sequences to re-engage inactive leads.

Best Practices

  1. Define business hours and sequence rules before activation.

  2. Assign both AI agents (outbound/inbound/voicemail) and human reps (for transfers/bookings).

  3. Use workflows to handle common outcomes automatically.

  4. Set up webhooks for external reporting and integrations.

  5. Validate configuration in Test Mode before activating.
