The Forms page lets you create and manage custom lead capture forms. Forms can be embedded on websites or shared via link, and responses flow directly into the CRM.

• Use Create Form to build a new form.

• Generate Link – Create a shareable form link.

• Responses – View all submissions tied to the form.

Form Workflows

Workflows let you automate what happens when someone submits a form.

• Form Workflows – Define the flow inside the form itself.

• Post-Submission Workflows – Automate follow-up actions like sending emails or assigning leads.

• Workflows can be drafted and later published (publishing one version unpublishes the others).
