Agents

The Agents section is where you connect and manage AI voice agents that will be used in your campaigns. Agents act as the “frontline” for inbound and outbound calls.

Connecting a Voice Provider

Before you can import an agent, you need to connect a supported AI voice provider.

  • Currently, Revampd supports Retell.

  • Additional providers will be added in the future.

📍 To connect: go to System → Integrations → Retell and complete the setup. Once connected, your Retell account will appear in the Integration dropdown when adding a new agent.

1. Navigate to the Agents Tab

2. Click Import Agent and Select Your AI Provider Connection

3. Select the Agent to Import and it's Role (Inbound, Outbound, Outbound No Voicemail)

4. Click Add Agent

Once you click Add Agent, your agent will be successfully saved and ready for use. You can now assign this agent to any campaign, enabling it to handle calls based on the selected role (Inbound, Outbound, or Outbound No Voicemail).

💡 You can return to the Agents tab at any time to view, edit, or manage your connected agents.
