Purchased

The Purchased Phone Numbers section lets you buy, manage, and configure phone numbers used for AI dialing, SMS, and inbound routing across your campaigns.

Managing Purchased Numbers

View and manage numbers currently assigned to your organization.

  • Number – Displays the purchased phone number.

  • Integration – Shows which provider (e.g., Retell) the number is connected through.

  • Source Type – Identifies whether the number was Purchased or Imported.

  • Created At – Lists when the number was added to your org.

Use the options menu to:

  • Manage – Open configuration settings, credit limits, and CNAM setup.

  • Release – Remove a number from your account.


Buying New Numbers

Click Manage Numbers → Browse Local or Browse Toll-Free to purchase additional lines.

  • Local Numbers – $4/month each.

  • Toll-Free Numbers – $7/month each.

  • Filter by country, region, or pattern to select specific area codes.


Number Management Panel

The Manage Number panel provides detailed information and configuration options for each purchased phone number.

Overview

  • Displays the full number, type (local/toll-free), source provider (e.g., Twilio), and integration (e.g., Retell).

  • Shows the creation date, unique ID, and current configuration status.

  • Copy the number directly for quick reference.

Branded Caller ID (CNAM)

  • Displays the current CNAM configuration status.

  • Click Complete Business Verification to set up a verified business profile for outbound caller ID branding.

Integrations

  • Lists connected integrations (e.g., Retell Voice AI).

  • Shows the connection status for each provider.

  • Use Remove to disconnect a linked integration if needed.


Use Cases

  • Maintain unique tracking numbers for each campaign.

  • Separate inbound vs outbound lines for AI and live agents.

  • Brand outbound calls with verified CNAM details.

  • Quickly scale calling capacity by adding or releasing numbers.
