Phone numbers are assigned at the organization level. When a campaign is running, Revampd automatically rotates through the available phone numbers to contact new leads. This rotation helps distribute outbound calls evenly, which significantly reduces the risk of being flagged as spam.
💡 The more phone numbers you assign to an organization, the more your outbound calls are spread across different lines — improving deliverability and increasing answer rates.
1. Navigate to the Phone Numbers Tab & Click Add Number

3. Select Your AI Provider Connection
💡 Important: The integration you select when adding a phone number must match the integration used when importing your AI agents. For example, if you imported agents using the "Retell" integration, your phone numbers must also be added using "Retell" to ensure proper routing and functionality.

4. Select the Phone Number to Import

5. Click Add Phone Number
Once you click Add Phone Number, it will be successfully saved and ready for use. Your phone numbers can now be assigned to campaigns to handle outbound and inbound calls.
💡 Once you've imported your agents and phone numbers, you're ready to begin setting up campaigns. Head to the Campaigns tab to create your first campaign / campaign template and start putting your AI agents to work.
