Stripe Connect
The Stripe Connect tab is where you link your organization’s Stripe account in order to receive payouts. This connection is required for both affiliate earnings and partner earnings, and ensures funds can be deposited directly into your bank account.
Getting Started
Create a Stripe Connect Account Click Connect with Stripe and follow the onboarding steps to register your account with Stripe.
Verify Business Details Stripe will request information about your business, such as name, tax ID, and identity verification.
Enable Payouts to Your Bank Add your bank account details in Stripe so funds can be deposited directly.
Once complete, your account will show as Connected, and payouts will automatically flow into your bank.
Connection Status
On this page, you can always view the current status of your Stripe Connect account:
Connected – Your organization is fully active and payouts are enabled.
Disabled – Payouts are not active due to missing or incorrect information.
Pending – Onboarding is in progress and requires further action in Stripe.
You will also see whether payouts are enabled, and any error messages that might block payouts.
Troubleshooting
If there are issues with your Stripe Connect account, they will appear on this page under Connection Status.
Common issues include:
Missing business verification – Stripe still needs your business documents or identity verification.
Bank account error – Your bank details need to be updated or re-verified.
Restricted account – Stripe has flagged the account for compliance reasons.
How to Resolve
Review the error message shown under Connection Status.
Click Open Stripe Dashboard to go directly to your Stripe account.
Complete the required steps in Stripe (upload documents, update details, etc.).
Return to this page and click Refresh to update the status.
Once all issues are resolved, payouts will be re-enabled automatically.
Key Notes
The Stripe Connect account is connected at the organization level.
All earnings (affiliate + partner) flow through this connection.
Without a valid Stripe Connect account, payouts cannot be issued.
