Billing Management

The Billing Management section is where you define how your organizations and sub organizations are billed inside Revampd. All billing items are created and managed here, and then linked to organizations when they are added.


Plans

A plan is the foundation of billing. It combines:

  • A monthly subscription price

  • A per booking charge

  • A per transfer charge

Plans must be created before you can add an organization. Each organization is tied to a plan that defines its recurring and usage based pricing.

Limits

  • Maximum monthly subscription: $1000

  • Maximum per booking: $500

  • Maximum per transfer: $500

Add Ons

Add ons are optional features or services that increase the monthly subscription price. Examples include:

  • Priority support

  • Extra seats or usage capacity

  • Advanced reporting

Limit

  • Maximum add on price: $1000 per month

One Time Charges

One time charges are fees that are billed a single time rather than recurring monthly. Examples include:

  • Onboarding fees

  • Setup packages

  • Custom implementation work

  • Maximum one time charge: $1000

How It Works

  1. Create plans, add ons, and one time charges in Billing Management

  2. Assign a plan to each organization you create

  3. Apply add ons and one time charges as needed on top of the base plan
