One Time Charges

One time charges are single, non-recurring fees that can be applied to an organization. They allow you to bill for setup work, onboarding, or other unique services that do not repeat monthly.


One Time Charge Requirements

  • Maximum one time charge: $1000

  • Charges apply once per organization and do not recur automatically

  • They are billed in addition to any plans or add ons assigned to the organization


Examples of One Time Charges

  • Setup fees for new organizations

  • Onboarding or training packages

  • Custom integration or implementation work

  • Special service fees


Creating a One Time Charge

  1. Go to Admin → Billing Management → One Time Charges

  2. Click Add One-Time Charge

  3. Enter:

    • Label – a clear name for the charge (for example, One Time Setup Fee or Training Package)

    • Price (USD) – the amount of the charge (up to $1000)

  4. Click Create to save the one time charge

Once created, you can assign one time charges to organizations as needed.


Why One Time Charges Matter

  • Provide flexibility for billing services that don’t fit into recurring subscriptions or add ons

  • Ensure you can capture revenue for upfront setup or custom work

  • Keep recurring plans clean while still accounting for one-off costs
