Add Ons

Add ons are optional features or services that increase the monthly subscription price of an organization’s plan. They allow you to customize the package offered to each client by layering additional value on top of their base plan.


Add On Requirements

  • Maximum add on price: $1000 per month

  • Add ons apply only to the monthly subscription amount

  • They do not affect per booking or per transfer usage pricing


Examples of Add Ons

  • Priority support

  • Extra phone lines or agent seats

  • Advanced reporting or analytics features

  • Custom integrations


Creating an Add On

  1. Go to Admin → Billing Management → Add Ons

  2. Click Add Addon

  3. Enter:

    • Name – a clear description of the add on (for example, Extra Phone Line or Priority Support)

    • Price (USD) – the monthly price of the add on (up to $1000)

  4. Click Create to save the add on

Once created, add ons can be assigned to organizations in addition to their plan.


Why Add Ons Matter

  • Enable flexible, tiered pricing by giving clients the option to purchase extra features

  • Allow you to generate more recurring revenue beyond the base plan

  • Keep the plan simple while letting clients scale with optional upgrades
