Org -> Revampd (Partner)
Overview
Every Partner organization has a direct connection with Revampd. This connection manages the Partner’s own subscription, billing, wallet, and payouts — separate from the Partner’s Sub-Org relationships.
Through this view, Partners can manage their subscription tier, add-ons, tickets, and payouts earned from Sub-Org transactions.

Sections in Detail
1. Plan
The Plan tab displays the Partner’s active Revampd subscription tier.
Each tier includes pricing, transaction fees, and feature limits (such as Sub-Org count, campaigns, or workflows). You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription directly from this view.
Each plan includes:
Monthly price and transaction fee percentage
Feature comparison table showing limits per tier
Actions to Upgrade, Downgrade, or Cancel Subscription
Changes that take effect at the next billing cycle
2. Add-Ons
Lists any Revampd-managed add-ons associated with your account. Examples include:
Additional phone numbers
Add-ons appear as separate line items in your Revampd invoices.
3. Tickets
Displays tickets raised by your Partner organization directly with Revampd. Tickets include:
Status (Open, In Progress, Resolved, Closed)
Priority (Low, Medium, High)
Assigned To (Revampd support representative)
Partners can track ongoing support requests and reference prior conversations.
4. Submit Ticket
Allows the Partner to open a new support request with Revampd. Each ticket includes a title, priority, and full description of the issue.
5. Invoices
Shows all invoices generated by Revampd for your Partner organization. This includes:
Subscription billing (your Partner tier)
Add-on charges
Any one-time platform services
Each invoice shows status, type, amount due, and payment method.
6. Wallet
Tracks your available credit balance with Revampd. Credits in this wallet can be used to pay invoices within this same connection only. Credits cannot be applied toward Sub-Org or Partner-level invoices elsewhere.
Wallet credits may come from:
Affiliate payouts from Revampd
Revenue share credits
Manual adjustments
7. Affiliate Payouts
If your organization participates in the affiliate program, this section shows payouts issued by Revampd directly to your Partner account. These are credited to your Revampd wallet for use toward Revampd invoices.
Each entry includes:
Payout period (weekly or monthly)
Amount
Credit status (applied or pending)
8. Payouts
The Payouts tab is specific to Partners and tracks revenue earned from Sub-Org transactions processed through Revampd.
Each payout represents the Partner’s earnings from Sub-Org subscription or usage-based billing.
Partners can manage payouts in three ways:
Credit
Add the payout amount to the Partner’s Revampd wallet to offset future invoices.
Transfer to Bank
Send the payout directly to a linked bank account.
Split
Split the payout between a wallet credit and a bank transfer.
All payout credits and transactions stay scoped to this Revampd connection — meaning wallet credits here can only be applied toward invoices in this connection (not Sub-Org or Partner-level invoices elsewhere).
Key Points
The Revampd connection manages the Partner’s direct subscription and billing with Revampd.
All wallet credits and payouts are isolated to this connection.
Payouts represent the Partner’s share of Sub-Org revenue processed through Revampd.
Partners can choose to credit payouts, withdraw them, or split them between both.
Add-ons, invoices, and tickets here apply to Revampd-level operations — not to Sub-Org connections.
