Org -> Revampd (Sub Org)
Overview
When a Sub-Organization is invited to Revampd by a Partner, it also has a direct connection with Revampd itself. This connection powers in-platform services such as phone numbers, billing, wallet credits, and affiliate payouts.
Because the Sub-Org’s main subscription is managed by their Partner, the Revampd connection shows only platform-level activity — not the Partner-managed plan.
Navigation
The left-hand menu includes:
Plan – Displays a message indicating your access is managed by your Partner.
Add-Ons – Manage platform-specific add-ons like phone numbers or call credits.
Tickets – View and manage any tickets submitted directly to Revampd.
Submit Ticket – Open a support ticket with the Revampd team.
Invoices – Review invoices for Revampd-issued items (such as phone numbers).
Wallet – Track credits that can be used for in-platform charges only.
Affiliate Payouts – View affiliate earnings paid out by Revampd and credited to your wallet.
Sections in Detail
1. Plan
Sub-Orgs connected through a Partner do not have a direct subscription with Revampd. This tab will display a message stating:
Revampd Access Managed by Your Partner Your Revampd account and plan are managed through your Partner organization. To view or modify your subscription details, please check your Partner connection or contact their administrator directly.
2. Add-Ons
The Add-Ons tab lists any Revampd-issued products or services tied directly to your organization. Examples include:
Additional phone numbers
These items are billed separately from your Partner plan and appear in your Invoices tab.
3. Tickets
The Tickets tab allows your Sub-Org to view or manage support tickets opened directly with Revampd (not your Partner). Tickets include information such as:
Status — Open, In Progress, Resolved, or Closed
Priority — Low, Medium, or High
Assigned To — The Revampd team member handling the issue
4. Submit Ticket
Allows you to create a new ticket directly with Revampd’s support team. You’ll enter a title, priority, and description of your issue.
5. Invoices
Displays invoices generated directly by Revampd. Typical examples include:
Phone number charges
One-time in-platform services
Each invoice shows the date, status, type, and amount due.
6. Wallet
Your wallet balance reflects credits that can be used toward Revampd-issued items only (for example, phone numbers or in-platform services). Credits in this wallet cannot be applied to Partner invoices.
Wallets are scoped per connection — meaning:
Credits earned from Revampd payouts stay within the Revampd connection.
Credits earned from a Partner relationship remain within that Partner connection.
7. Affiliate Payouts
If you participate in Revampd’s affiliate program, this section shows payouts that have been issued directly by Revampd. These payouts are automatically added to your Revampd wallet and can only be used for Revampd-level transactions — not Partner-issued invoices.
You’ll see:
YTD Earnings, MTD Earnings, and Current Week totals
A table of payout history with dates, statuses, and amounts
Key Points
Your main subscription is managed through your Partner; Revampd’s connection only covers in-platform services.
Tickets here are for Revampd support, not your Partner.
Wallet credits and affiliate payouts earned through Revampd stay within this connection and cannot offset Partner invoices.
Add-Ons and Invoices in this section reflect Revampd-specific usage and billing only.
