Partner -> Sub Org (Sub Org View)

Overview

When a Sub-Org is connected to a Partner, it gains a dedicated “Connection” view inside the platform. This area shows the Sub-Org everything related to its plan, billing, requests, tickets, wallet, and payouts — all tied to that Partner connection.

Each connection is self-contained. Actions, invoices, and credits apply only within that specific Partner ↔ Sub-Org relationship.

The left-hand menu contains the following sections:

  • Plan – View your current subscription plan and pricing.

  • Requests – Review and act on new or pending subscription changes.

  • Tickets – Manage open or closed support tickets.

  • Submit Ticket – Create a new support ticket for your Partner.

  • Invoices – View your invoice history and payment details.

  • Wallet – Track your connection-specific credit balance.

  • Affiliate Payouts – View affiliate earnings and payouts if enabled.

Sections in Detail

1. Plan

Displays your current subscription with the Partner. You can see:

  • The assigned plan name and start date

  • The billing type (recurring or one-time)

  • Pricing breakdown (monthly, per-booking, etc.)

  • Payment method on file and next payment date

  • Status indicators (e.g., Active, Approved, Pending)

This section is view-only for Sub-Orgs.

2. Requests

Sub-Orgs can approve or reject changes requested by their Partner. There are three request types:

Type
Description

Subscription

Requests to start, upgrade, or change your main plan.

Add-Ons

Optional product or feature add-ons that may have their own cost.

One-Time Charges

Individual service fees or purchases outside the recurring plan.

Each request shows its current status and approval state. Use the dropdown menu to approve or reject a pending request.

3. Tickets

Shows all support tickets between your organization and your Partner. You can:

  • View all existing tickets

  • Filter by status (Open, In Progress, Resolved, Closed)

  • Select any ticket to view its full conversation history

4. Submit Ticket

Allows you to open a new ticket directly with your Partner. You’ll enter:

  • Title — brief summary of your issue

  • Priority — Low, Medium, or High

  • Description — full details of your request or question

Once submitted, the ticket will appear in your Tickets list.

5. Invoices

Shows your billing and payment history for this Partner connection. Each invoice includes:

  • Date issued

  • Status (Paid, Unpaid, Overdue)

  • Type (Subscription, Add-On, One-Time)

  • Amount due and amount paid

6. Wallet

Your wallet tracks connection-level credits that can be used toward invoices.

You’ll see:

  • Balance: Total available credit

  • History Table: Each adjustment, amount used, reason, and who issued it

Credits automatically apply toward your next invoice using a FIFO (First-In-First-Out) model — oldest credits are used first.

7. Affiliate Payouts

If affiliate earnings are enabled for your account, this section shows payout details such as:

  • YTD, MTD, and Current Week earnings

  • A table with payout history (week, earnings, payout date, status)

  • A Stripe Connect prompt if a payout account is not yet linked

Key Points

  • Each Partner connection is isolated — data does not mix between connections.

  • Sub-Orgs can approve or reject billing changes, but cannot create new plans themselves.

  • Wallet credits and affiliate payouts apply automatically and are reflected in your invoices.

  • Tickets allow for two-way communication with your Partner within the platform.
