Org -> Revampd (Self Serve)

Overview

Self-Serve organizations manage their own subscription and billing directly with Revampd. Unlike Partner or Sub-Org accounts, there are no intermediary organizations — all subscriptions, payments, and support requests flow directly between the organization and Revampd.

This connection includes your plan, invoices, add-ons, support tickets, wallet, and affiliate payouts. Self-Serve organizations do not have access to Partner payouts.

The left-hand menu includes:

  • Plan – Manage your subscription plan directly with Revampd.

  • Add-Ons – Purchase or manage in-platform add-ons (like phone numbers).

  • Tickets – View tickets you’ve created with Revampd Support.

  • Submit Ticket – Create a new support ticket.

  • Invoices – Review billing history and payment records.

  • Wallet – Track available credits and apply them to invoices.

  • Affiliate Payouts – View affiliate earnings credited to your wallet.

Sections in Detail

1. Plan

The Plan tab displays your active Self-Serve subscription with Revampd.

Here, you can:

  • View your current plan, price, and included features

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time

  • Cancel your plan directly

  • Compare features and limits across different Self-Serve tiers

Your chosen plan determines your available platform features, billing rate, and transaction fees.

2. Add-Ons

The Add-Ons tab lists available optional features that enhance your plan. Common add-ons include:

  • Extra phone numbers

Each add-on has its own price and billing frequency. Add-ons appear separately on your invoices.

3. Tickets

The Tickets section allows you to view and manage any open support requests with Revampd.

Tickets display:

  • Status – Open, In Progress, Resolved, or Closed

  • Priority – Low, Medium, or High

  • Assigned To – The Revampd representative currently handling it

4. Submit Ticket

Use this tab to submit a new ticket directly to Revampd Support. Each ticket includes a title, priority, and description field to help our team route and resolve your request quickly.

5. Invoices

Displays all invoices associated with your Self-Serve organization. Each invoice includes:

  • Date issued

  • Status (Paid, Unpaid, Overdue)

  • Type (Subscription, Add-On, or One-Time Charge)

  • Amount due and amount paid

You can download invoices or review payment methods from this view.

6. Wallet

Tracks your available balance for in-platform purchases and invoices. Wallet credits can come from:

  • Affiliate payouts

  • Refunds or adjustments

  • Promotional credits

Credits in this wallet can only be used within this Revampd connection (for example, toward your own plan or add-ons). They cannot be transferred to another organization or connection.

7. Affiliate Payouts

If you refer other users or organizations to Revampd, this section tracks your affiliate earnings. Affiliate payouts are automatically added to your wallet and can be used toward your own Revampd invoices.

Each entry shows:

  • Payout period and date

  • Amount earned

  • Credit status (pending, credited, or paid)

Key Points

  • Self-Serve organizations have a direct relationship with Revampd — no Partner is involved.

  • There are no Partner payouts; only affiliate payouts that credit to the wallet.

  • Wallet credits from affiliate payouts can only be applied to Revampd invoices in this connection.

  • Tickets, add-ons, and invoices all apply to your own Self-Serve account only.
