Form Versions
The Form Versions page lets you manage different iterations of your customer-facing forms. Each version can be edited, duplicated, or published for live use.
Managing Forms
Use this section to:
View existing forms and their version numbers.
Edit a draft to make updates before publishing.
Duplicate a version to reuse its structure.
Publish a form to make it active and accessible to users.
Post-Submission Workflows
Switch to the Post-Submission Workflows tab to define what happens after a form is submitted — such as triggering follow-ups, notifications, or lead assignments.
Use Cases
Maintain version control across evolving form templates.
Test updated forms without affecting live ones.
Automate downstream actions after submissions.
