Setting up Your Forms

1. Configure Your Start Node

Configure what fields to gather and which are required. If you want to only allow business ables or specific domains you can configure that as well. To gather consent, turn it on and choose whether they just check a box or both check a box and type their name. Add in the consent message (please consult with your council, and if you are going to use the outbound dialer, ensure to include opting in to ai calls). Lastly select what consent channels based on your messaging

Form Consent Used to gather consent from the user. You can choose whether they just check a box or both check a box and type their name. Add your consent message (consult with your counsel for compliance), and if you use the outbound dialer, include opt-in language for AI or automated calls. Lastly, select which consent channels apply based on your messaging.

Single Select / Multi Select These allow you to list options for the user to choose from. You can enable an “Other” option so they can type a custom response. Both support up to 5 options. Only single and multi select questions can use conditional routing.

Dropdown / Dropdown Multi Similar to select fields, but they support up to 20 options. These are ideal for longer lists where scrolling is easier than showing all options at once. Only dropdown and dropdown multi questions can use conditional routing.

Short Text / Long Text / Date Short text is used for brief answers like a name or company size. Long text is for extended responses such as notes or comments. Date allows users to select a specific date value.

All question types can include helper text, which appears under the question to add context or instructions. Only short text and long text questions support placeholders, which show example text inside the input field.

4b. Configure your Terminal Point

Choose between Route to Campaign, Default, and Unqualified. Route to Campaign then has 2 options. You can either queue for a call, or have them schedule directly in the form. If you are a partner and want to charge per booking. Ensure you enable "Charge on Submit". If you want to redirect the person after showing the end screen or after they successfully book, turn on redirect and add it to the url. We will then redirect after a few second pause
