Lead Sources

The Lead Sources page tracks where your leads are coming from, this makes it easy to measure which channels are generating the most customers.

Lead Source List

  • View all existing sources with status, total leads, and created date.

  • Use the Create Lead Source button to add a new one.

  • Toggle sources active/inactive as needed.


Lead Source Details

Clicking a source opens a detailed view with three tabs:

1. Bookings

  • See total bookings and dispositions (from forms or calls).

  • Visualize booking mix and share by type.

  • Track outcomes such as Do Not Contact, Not Interested, Transfers, and Total Calls.

2. Revenue

  • Monitor revenue, gross profit, margin, and pipeline value.

  • Compare stage amount vs. profit across the sales funnel.

  • See a revenue mix of pipeline vs. won deals.

3. Funnels

  • Track deals through funnel stages (New Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal Sent → Closed Won/Lost).

  • View conversion rates per stage.

  • See overall win rate and median step conversion.


Best Use Cases

  • Measure which ad campaigns or channels generate the most value.

  • Compare sources by bookings, revenue, and win rate.

  • Optimize marketing spend based on source performance.
